• Documentation and Requirements: Informing the Captain and Operator of all necessary documents and conditions from Customs, Health Authorities, Marine Police, Port Authority, and Terminals.
• Arrival Notifications: Updating all relevant parties about the vessel’s estimated arrival, including Customs, Health Authorities, Marine Police, Port Authorities, Terminals, and Shippers/Receivers.
• Pre-Departure Documentation: Preparing and submitting draft copies of cargo documents for review as per the relevant party’s instructions.

At the Port

• Coordination: Assisting with the coordination of loading/unloading operations by visiting the vessel and liaising with the Captain, terminal, and stevedores.
• Daily Updates: Providing daily updates on port operations to all concerned parties to prevent delays.
• Maximizing Cargo: Coordinating between the terminal and vessel to ensure the maximum cargo load within contract tolerances.
• Discharge Planning: Assisting with detailed planning of port or terminal rotation for discharge vessels and presenting original Bills of Lading or Letters of Indemnity for approval.
• Cargo Documentation: Ensuring accurate and complete preparation and delivery of cargo documents and time sheets upon the completion of loading/unloading.

Post-Departure

• Document Dispatch: Sending all cargo documents, time sheets, and vessel documents in PDF format via email to relevant parties.
• Courier Service: Dispatching all cargo documents to relevant parties via courier.
• Port Charges: Forwarding port charges with original invoices to relevant parties as quickly as possible.
